Ingredients
- 1 ltr. Salted caramel ice cream
- 1 ltr. Caramel with nuts ice cream
- Chocolate chip cookies
- Dairyland salted caramel chocolate
- 250ml Dairyland whipping cream
- Vanilla essence
- 3tbsp icing sugar
Method
- In a medium sized bowl, whisk the whipping cream, vanilla essence and icing sugar till stiff. Be careful not to over whisk it. Set aside.
- Crush the cookies and roughly chop the chocolate, set aside.
- Place 1 scoops of salted caramel & 1 scoop of caramel with nuts in a sundae glass. Add a scoop of each again in the same order.
- Put the ready whipped cream in a piping bag with a nozzle and pipe on top of the ice cream.
- Sprinkle the cookie pieces and chocolate generously on top of the whipping cream.
- Serve immediately.
