Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • Dairyland Real Fruit Strawberry Ice Cream, for serving
  • Dairyland chocolate sauce

Method

  1. Add the milk, flour, eggs, vanilla, sugar and melted butter into the jug of a blender and blend.
  2. Heat a pan and grease with some butter. Wipe off the excess butter with a kitchen towel and then scoop ¼ cup of the batter and swirl it around on the pan.
  3. Cook for 30-40 seconds on each side and then fold twice into a triangle.
  4. Serve with a drizzle of chocolate sauce, two scoops of ice cream and fruit of your choice.
