Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- Dairyland Real Fruit Strawberry Ice Cream, for serving
- Dairyland chocolate sauce
Method
- Add the milk, flour, eggs, vanilla, sugar and melted butter into the jug of a blender and blend.
- Heat a pan and grease with some butter. Wipe off the excess butter with a kitchen towel and then scoop ¼ cup of the batter and swirl it around on the pan.
- Cook for 30-40 seconds on each side and then fold twice into a triangle.
- Serve with a drizzle of chocolate sauce, two scoops of ice cream and fruit of your choice.
