Easter Sundae


  • 1 ltr. Salted caramel ice cream
  • 1 ltr. Caramel with nuts ice cream
  • Chocolate chip cookies
  • Dairyland salted caramel chocolate
  • 250ml Dairyland whipping cream
  • Vanilla essence
  • 3tbsp icing sugar


  1. In a medium sized bowl, whisk the whipping cream, vanilla essence and icing sugar till stiff. Be careful not to over whisk it. Set aside.
  2. Crush the cookies and roughly chop the chocolate, set aside.
  3. Place 1 scoops of salted caramel & 1 scoop of caramel with nuts in a sundae glass. Add a scoop of each again in the same order.
  4. Put the ready whipped cream in a piping bag with a nozzle and pipe on top of the ice cream.
  5. Sprinkle the cookie pieces and chocolate generously on top of the whipping cream.
  6. Serve immediately.
