Ingredients

• 3 slices of tea cake, leftover
• Dairyland Blueberry sauce
• Sliced bananas and strawberries
• Crushed peanuts
• Whipped cream
• Dairyland Real Fruit Blueberry Ice Cream

Method

1. Slice the cake into small pieces and place in a serving dish.
2. Drizzle blueberry sauce over the cake.
3. Add sliced fruit over the cake pieces and then top with crushed peanuts and whipped cream.
4. Top with two scoops of blueberry ice cream and enjoy.
