Ingredients
- 200ml Dairyland Whipping cream.
- 11/2 TBSP icing sugar.
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence
- 1⁄2 tsp cardamom, 1⁄4 tsp. cinnamon, 1⁄4 tsp. nutmeg.
- 2 Fresh peaches/or nectarines/or pears.
- Peach Melba ice cream.
- Cookies – 6 pieces.
- Dates chopped
- Hazelnut chocolate grated.
Method
- In a bowl, mix the whipping cream, icing sugar and vanilla essence using a hand mixer or whisk until stiff and set aside.
- Crush the 6 cookies in a bag and mix this into the whipping cream.
- Chop the fresh fruit (peaches or nectarines or pears) into thin vertical strips. Mix the chopped fruit with cardamom, nutmeg and cinnamon.
- To assemble, take 2 glasses and put 2 scoops of Peach Melba at the bottom. Then arrange the fresh fruit mixed with spices on another layer. Next, add a layer of the whipping cream & cookies mixture.
- Top your trifle with chopped dates and hazelnut chocolate flakes.
