Ultimate Chocolate Chip Ice-cream sandwich
Ingredients
- Packet of Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Dairyland strawberry ice-cream
- Toppings – nuts, chocolate (optional)
Method
- Lay a chocolate chip cookie on a flat surface, bottom side up.
- Take a small scoop of strawberry ice- cream and place on top of the cookie.
- Place another cookie on top and slightly press to create the sandwich with the ice- cream between the two cookies.
- Garnish with nuts or chocolate if desired.
